Solicitud de cumplimiento de la Sentencia SU.067/22.
El memorialista pidió a la Corporación, entre otras cosas, decretar medidas provisionales y la creación de una Sala de Seguimiento para asegurar la coherencia y unidad del debate jurídico resuelto en el precitado fallo.
Luego de constatar el incumplimiento del requisito de legitimación por activa del peticionario, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR las pretensiones invocadas por éste.
